Tiger Stripe Soaps

Some time ago I made 2 batches of cold-process soap using a tiger stripe technique. I believe sometimes it's called zebras stripes.

The first one is my Ocean soap, with blue and white stripes. I'm pretty happy how it turned out:

The next soap is multi-colored and it's scented with Pomegranate and black currant from Brambleberry. It looks a bit different but it was made using the same technique.

    1. Claire, I poured it exactly the same way as the blue soap. The only difference is that each line is so thin that they create this feathery effect.

    Beautiful work .... as always!

Were these cut vertically and, then, on the mantra?

    Thanks!

    1. Thank you, Mark! The soap was made in a log mold and then cut vertically, as usual.

  10. lovely -- just wondering did you pour from the center of your log mold, or did you pour from just one corner? or from both corners at the same time? do you mind sharing?

  11. Waste of time. Shouldn't a site called soaptechniques actually show how to do the techniques.
